James Rodriguez, Editor-in-Chief — A 12-year veteran of North Texas journalism, James previously covered city hall for the Dallas Morning News. He holds a journalism degree from UT Arlington.

Lisa Chen, Senior Reporter — Lisa covers business and economic development across DFW. A SMU graduate, she has reported on Dallas growth since 2019.
